General Hospital Recap: Franco Comforted Drew

The General Hospital recap for Tuesday, April 30 features Chase and Valerie meddling in affairs that don’t concern them and Jordan receiving some less-than-comforting news.

Chase (Josh Swickard) wondered to Valerie (Paulina Bugembe) if the D.A. was protecting Shiloh. In any event, he told his partner that he planned to ignore her direct orders and would instead continue in his search for Kristina.

Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Neil (Joe Flanigan) arrived at Alexis’s (Nancy Lee Grahn) and the three discussed Kristina’s progress. Neil told them that Kristina is ready for another family meeting.

Sonny revealed to Alexis that it was Valerie whom Kristina called. Alexis worried that she would be arrested just as Chase and Valerie knocked on the door.

Alexis and Sonny spun a cover story about Kristina being away with a friend and being in possession of Alexis’s cell phone but they were sure that neither cop believed them.

Franco (Roger Howarth) arrived at the Quartermaine mansion to leave a painting that Oscar admired. Drew (Billy Miller) asked his brother to stay and the two bonded over their grief at losing children.

At the Metro Court, Lulu (Emme Rylan) and Ava (Maura West) filmed the first part of Lulu’s exclusive documentary. Ava disclosed that she had fallen for Ryan only because he was pretending to be his brother and now with Ryan gone she has begun to grow close to the real Kevin.

Mac (John J. York) and Felicia (Kristina Wagner) questioned if Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) would be ready to face Ryan when he resurfaces. Kevin told them that he had to be. He owed it to Ryan’s victims.

At the hospital, Finn (Michael Easton) asked Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) if she had heard from Hayden but they were interrupted by shouts of help from Stella (Vernee Watson) — she had discovered an unconscious Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry).

Curtis (Donnell Turner) called to check on her and at first she declined his call but Elizabeth convinced her not to shut her husband out. Jordan phoned him back and asked him to come home. Finn cautioned that if the antibiotics did not work then Jordan would need a transplant.
