The General Hospital recap for Tuesday, April 28, 2020, features a lot of people concerned about Charlotte, Finn calling Chase’s bluff, Sonny coming to an ‘agreement’ with Cyrus, and Sam involving herself in other people’s business.
General Hospital Recap Highlights
While Lulu (Emme Rylan) and Laura (Genie Francis) discussed Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) dropping his bid for sole custody, Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) eavesdropped.
Convinced that her confession to seeing him nearly kill Ava (Maura West) was to blame, Charlotte sought out Nina (Cynthia Watros)…and she wasn’t pleased to find her canoodling with Jax (Ingo Rademacher).
Spirited Away
Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) continued to rue her life choices and today she found a new man to commiserate with – Valentin (James Patrick Stuart). He confided his decision regarding Charlotte and she discussed her situation with Neil (Joe Flanigan) – in a roundabout way.
Just as Alexis was heaping praise on him, Valentin was called away by a worried Nina. He did his best to comfort Charlotte but she had a major request: “Take me somewhere…where we can be together…please take me wherever you’re going.”
Truth Teller
Finn (Michael Easton) paid Chase (Josh Swickard) a visit and listened as his brother recalled the affair he had been having with Sasha (Sofia Mattsson). Once Chase was finished, Finn applauded his efforts. Then he demanded the truth. FINALLY, someone with a brain.
Sonny? Deal of the Century?
Sonny (Maurice Benard) wasn’t happy with Cyrus (Jeff Kober). Not only did the man’s mere presence annoy him, but then Jason (Steve Burton) pointed out that he had a sniper perched on a nearby rooftop.
Sonny doesn’t like being in a sniper’s crosshairs. And he was so angry that he was ready to walk away from the negotiation table. But he finally offered a deal: Cyrus could remain in Port Charles – a living, breathing man – but he could not operate his business nor sell his product on Sonny’s turf.
Cyrus was impressed with Sonny’s style. And he likes being alive. So he offered his hand for Sonny to shake. This was apparently allowed when GH taped these scenes.
Protection Racket
TJ (Tajh Bellow) was impressed by Brando’s (Johnny Wactor) prices – how could he repair Molly’s (Haley Pullos) and yet charge so little? Sam (Kelly Monaco) on the other hand was far from impressed.
She quickly let the garage owner know that she had his number. How dare he come to town, help Sonny, and have sex with a woman? One more misstep and she’d make him suffer. General Hospital airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
