The General Hospital recap for Monday, November 9, 2020, features a gunfight at The Haunted Star, Julian shooting off his mouth, and Dev letting Joss and Trina have it with both barrels.
General Hospital Recap Highlight
Thanks to some fancy footwork and two distractions courtesy of Maxie (Kirsten Storms), Anna (Finola Hughes) managed to pump Alex (Finola Hughes) full of lead. Upon realizing that the jig just might actually be up, the injured villainess returned the engagement ring that she stole and castigated Anna for her failure to retrieve and rehabilitate Peter (Wes Ramsey).
When Anna gave into distraction, Alex threw herself overboard. Maxie was sure that her fiancée’s troubled “aunt” was deader than a doornail. Anna…not so much. But the thought of Alex never rearing her head again did bring the embattled spy some comfort.
The women made their way to GH where Maxie reunited with Peter and Anna learned that Finn (Michael Easton) was undergoing delicate heart surgery. Miss Devane retired to the chapel, took solace in Chase’s (Josh Swickard) presence, and joined him in silent prayer.

Blackmail Material
Ava (Maura West) followed Jason (Steve Burton) and Julian (William de Vry) to Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) and oversaw her brother’s interrogation. Julian initially denied being on the docks the night Nelle (Chloe Lanier) kidnapped Wiley. Then he copped to being there…gun in hand, ready to end his wife’s reign of terror.
Furthermore, he revealed that he had been stymied by a good Samaritan; one that looked an awful lot like the supposedly dead Marcus Taggert (Real Andrews). Sonny and Jason’s silence was deafening…and it led to Julian playing his trump card: retaliate against him and he would reveal Taggert’s status to Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober)!
The Kids Are (NOT) Alright
Over at Kelly’s, Dev (Aston Arbab) and Josslyn (Eden McCoy) nearly locked lips but she pulled back. When Trina (Sydney Mikayla) arrived and wondered about the obvious tension, Dev exploded and told the young women some home truths about their idolization of Cameron (William Lipton).
Afterward, he attempted to flee into the night but Josslyn stopped him. She tried to soothe his ire but Dev hit below the belt by referencing the saintly Oscar (Garren Stitt). General Hospital airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
