General Hospital Recap: Dante Shot Sonny!

The General Hospital recap for Monday, March 18 features Dante doing to Sonny what Sonny once did to him years and years ago.

Sonny (Maurice Benard) couldn’t believe that Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) would actually shoot him, but that’s exactly what Dante did. Later, Sonny was taken to a cell and he and Dante were able to talk alone.

By then, Sonny knew his son only wanted to give him a flesh wound and that’s exactly what he did. Sonny filled Dante in on what was going on back in Port Charles, except he is clearly quite behind.

We guess Turkey doesn’t have Internet or phones or social media or anything like that because he still believed Franco (Roger Howarth) was the serial killer and told Dante just that.

Back in Port Charles, Carly (Laura Wright) didn’t worry much about Sonny. She just wanted to get out for some ribs and that she did. She and Michael (Chad Duell) took Mike (Max Gail) out and she told them all about the pregnancy.

Michael was so thrilled he went to get celebratory drinks, ran into Sasha (Sofia Mattsson), and basically forgot about his mother and grandfather at the table.

Before Sasha had a chat with Michael, she had one with Peter (Wes Ramsey) and went on and on about family and not wanting to see Nina (Michelle Stafford) hurt anymore. Peter then told Maxie he thought Sasha was onto them.

Over at the hospital, Finn (Michael Easton) was confused to see Anna (Finola Hughes) was blind again, but then Anna turned up and he realized the patient was Alex. The twins went back and forth about the memory transfer procedure and Anna was furious that Alex refused to tell her much.
