General Hospital Recap: Dante Breaks Lulu’s Heart Again

The General Hospital recap for Friday, March 29, 2019, features the second sad goodbye in the course of a year for poor Dante and Lulu.

Lulu (Emme Rylan) couldn’t believe her ears when Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) told her he has to leave town again after he just got back. He explained he feels he’s been brainwashed and can’t get the help he needs in Port Charles.

Lulu tried to be understanding but it wasn’t easy. The two shared a tear-filled farewell in which Lulu said she’d wait forever and Dante said forever is a long time.

Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) came close to telling Nina (Michelle Stafford) the truth, but of course, she didn’t and Nina remained oblivious as always.

Meanwhile, Maxie (Kirsten Storms) picked up the DNA test results and Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) didn’t buy her story on why she was running a DNA test and ran straight to Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) to warn him.

Back at the hospital, Maxie did point out to Peter (Wes Ramsey) that Sasha looks just like Britt and more like Nathan than Nina does. Hmmm…

At the PCPD, Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) told Laura (Genie Francis) she should divorce him to save her political career, but she said she didn’t want a divorce. However, it looked like Laura wasn’t sure what she wanted.

Ava (Maura West) got so drunk that Julian (William deVry)  had to bring her to GH to hydrate her and she insisted Ryan was calling her. Curtis (Donnell Turner) hacked the phone and insisted her calls were robocalls.

Cameron (Will Lipton) had his day in court for missing community service. The judge gave him a stern warning and told him this was his last chance. In the end, he got to go home but headed out with Trina first.
