The General Hospital recap for Tuesday, March 10, 2020, features Taggert being memorialized, Trina continuing to be ungrateful, Alexis and Neil making even more trouble for themselves, and judgment day for Brad.
Members of the PCPD gathered at the Floating Rib to raise a glass in Taggert’s (Real Andrews) memory. And because he possesses little to know decorum, Sonny (Maurice Benard) tone deafly crashed the event to say a few nice words about a man he hated for nearly two decades.
At least Portia (Brook Kerr) had to the good grace to thank him for his eulogy and his extended hand of friendship. However, when Ava (Maura West) attempted to do the same she was coldly rebuked — apparently the good doctor has made a distinction between “good mobsters” and “bad mobsters.”
At Laura’s (Genie Francis) urging, Curtis (Donnell Turner) put in an appearance only for Trina (Sydney Mikayla) to try and throw him out. Luckily it turns out Portia and Curtis knew each other way back when so he was saved the embarrassment of being barred.
In response, Trina took to the restroom where she was comforted by Cameron (William Lipton) and Josslyn (Eden McCoy), Meanwhile, Ava stirred the pot by requesting Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) and Franco’s (Roger Howarth) presence for dinner and a jealous Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry) did her best to find out just how well Curtis and Portia knew each other.
When her interrogation was interrupted by a text – purportedly from a still-grieving TJ (Tajh Bellow) — Jordan insisted that the messenger call and leave a voice mail.
In New York City, Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Neil (Joe Flanigan) took a moment to bask in the afterglow of their lovemaking before strategizing. He wanted to come clean about their assignation; she vetoed the suggestion.
During Neil’s hearing, Alexis quantifies their relationship as strictly professional — outside of that one, Bingo victory inspired kiss – and cordial.
Michael (Chad Duell) and Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) gave brief consideration to Diane’s (Carolyn Hennesey) suggestion that they marry. In the end, they agreed that they will not wed merely for the sake of providing Wiley with an insta-family — but they also decided to revisit the idea of marriage in the future.
After promising Michael that things will work out for the best, Sonny managed to corner Brad (Parry Shen) as he awaited the start of his preliminary hearing. General Hospital airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
