The General Hospital recap for Thursday, August 23 features Cassandra Pierce waking from her slumber, and Finn and Anna making her an offer she couldn’t refuse.
The Impossible Choice
Finn and Anna (Finola Hughes) roused Cassandra (Jessica Tuck) out of her coma using a chemical mixture Finn concocted on the spot.
Anna demanded that Cassandra tell her who abducted them. Cassandra initially refused, but Anna threatened to put her back in a coma she wouldn’t wake up from if she didn’t cooperate.
Finn also informed her she has an infectious disease, so all her hypochondriac dreams have come true.
Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) told Chase (Josh Swickard) that Finn and Anna were together, and Chase was determined to find his brother. Jordan (Vinessa Antoine) made him the official PCPD liaison to the WSB.
Carly Warned Jason
Carly (Laura Wright) told Jason (Steve Burton) that Julian was trying to find out the truth about Sonny. She also said she knows about the Croton incident. ‘Kevin’ then thanked Jason for keeping Carly safe. Carly, who told Jason that Kevin wanted her to consider therapy, then wanted to know about the fate of the patient next door.
Kevin Confronted Ryan
As ‘Kevin’ sat at the bar drinking and telling Lucy (Lynn Herring) nothing is wrong, she suspected that something is certainly off with Doc.
At Ferncliff, the man who seems to be Kevin told an orderly that there was a very dangerous man on the loose in Port Charles and warned him not to tell his doctor or he would be killed.
Gordon promptly fetched ‘Kevin’ to handle the patient, and his brother showed up with a cupcake and candle since it was their birthday.
The Kiki-Bensch Drama Continues
Kiki (Hayley Erin) continued to be tormented by Dr. Bensch (James DePaiva) as he boasted that his lawyer filed an appeal.
Bensch then got fired and threatened to sue General Hospital for wrongful termination and to sue Kiki for defamation. Kiki, undeterred, promised to testify against Bensch yet again.
Road Trip
Elizabeth sent Franco off for some bonding time with her boys and when Aiden announced he wanted princess pencils, Cameron told him they’re for girls.
He later told Jake and Franco he doesn’t want Aiden to be bullied in school. By then, a sad Aiden decided he didn’t want the pencils.
