The General Hospital recap for Thursday, February 25, 2021, features Ava taking charge, Elizabeth in need of a moment, Cameron looking to make a stand, and Jordan shouldering the blame
After learning that Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) had been brought into GH for treatment, Nikolas (Marcus Coloma) insured that Ava (Maura West) would have a solid half-hour alone with him…and she relished every minute of the teasing and mental torture that she inflicted upon her daughter’s murderer.
But Ava still wondered exactly how Ryan had been able to have that unwelcome gift delivered to her on Valentine’s Day. Perhaps the answer lies with Ryan’s copious amount of correspondence – which included a freshly delivered letter from one S. Cassadine!
Curtis (Donnell Turner) invited Sam (Kelly Monaco) to tour the nightclub he plans on purchasing, then surprised her with a business proposition. What does she think about buying out his stake in their P.I. firm? Of course, she was interested, Sam chuckled. Anything to help out a friend…and ensure that she’d be able to operate as a free agent once again.
Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) sought out Finn’s (Michael Easton) diagnostic skills and received less than satisfying news. No, it doesn’t appear that Franco’s (Roger Howarth) tumor is responding to the radiation – not even in the slightest.
Off that disappointment, Liz raged about Franco’s decision to put off treatment and her own inability to forgive him for his inaction. Finn offered Liz his continued support, and she left the office feeling slightly better than when she entered.
Jackie (Kim Delaney) convinced Martin (Michael E. Knight) to join her in a storming of the home where Florence is being kept…and wound up leading them straight to Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). And Stone Cold wasn’t pleased to see them.
He did, however, allow the trespassers to visit Florence. And while Martin gleefully reunited with his mother, Jackie took the opportunity to try and get Florence to open up about Cyrus (Jeff Kober).
Franco continued to hear Peter’s (Wes Ramsey) voice inside his head, and Cameron (William Lipton) narrowly avoided being a casualty of one of Franco’s nightmares.
After recovering, and making sure that Cameron was uninjured, Franco discussed his situation with the teen and steered him clear of plans to “defend the family” from the onslaught of detractors both online and in person. General Hospital airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
