The General Hospital recap for Wednesday, December 1, 2021, features Victor Cassadine ordering his feuding family to shape up, Harrison Chase getting the short end of the stick, and Carly Corinthos…admitting to possessing a fault?

General Hospital Recap Highlights

No one can ever accuse Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) of being a traditionalist…unless one counts being thoroughly untraditional a tradition. Anywho, Alexis has surrounded herself with a rag-tag group of “Thanksgiving orphans” whom she’s treated to Chinese food – and who should darken her door but Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).

Broody McBrooderson’s arrival was quickly followed by Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) and Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) – who’d brought pie – and then by a not at all zombified Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy). Oops, said Nikolas, having realized he’d forgotten to mention to Alexis that her uncle was still among the living.

And just when the majority of the assemblage thought that the evening couldn’t get any more awkward, Valentin went and admitted that he was Victor’s son! Oops, said Victor, adding that that was his bad.

When pandemonium ensued, Victor stepped up to the proverbial plate and demanded that his relatives get well and truly over themselves. Oops, said no one.

GH Recap: Actions, Consequences

Betray, humiliate, and strike Valentin at your own peril. Chase (Josh Swickard) is learning all that the hard way. Luckily for him, he’ll have lots of time to debate whether or not he did the right thing by throwing his lot in with Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms). Hopefully, that six-month suspension from the PCPD will be worth it.

General Hospital Recap: Self-reflection

Hell has well and truly frozen over. Carly (Laura Wright) admitted to overstepping when she strongly implied that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) was dead because of Britt Westbourne). Oops, it was her bad.
