The General Hospital recap for Thursday, October 15, 2020, features Olivia and Dante reuniting, Cyrus trying to get Brando on his side, Sonny going down a rabbit hole, and Anna hedging her bets.
General Hospital Recap Highlights
Upon realizing that he would be unable to properly interrogate Peter (Wes Ramsey) in the crowded Floating Rib dining room, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) instead headed over to Monica’s (Leslie Charleson).
Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) greeted him at the door, and mother and son shared a tearful reunion. Once sufficiently recovered, the pair discussed Dante’s treatments and the fact that he had already visited Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Lulu (Emme Rylan). Olivia could clearly see that Dante was rattled by Lulu’s new beau and she promised to be there for him no matter what.
Concerns Aplenty
Meanwhile, Sonny fretted over the possibility of his inheriting the gene for Alzheimer’s from Mike (Max Gail). He discussed the possibility of undergoing testing with Carly (Laura Wright) but she attempted to gently dissuade him.
Later, Brando (Johnny Wactor) joined the pair, who revealed that the plan to lull Cyrus (Jeff Kober) into believing that he was susceptible to betraying the family was working.
Mother Courage
Despite feeling assured that her plan to compare Peter (Wes Ramsey) and Alex’s (Finola Hughes) genes would yield the long-contested maternity results, Anna (Finola Hughes) discovered more problems in need of solutions.
The most pressing of which, was Valentin’s (James Patrick Stuart) desire to simply kill Alex and be done with it. Though she seemed to talk him round, Anna was certain that Alex was on Valentin’s radar. Instead, she formed her own plan to deal with her errant twin.
Family Quibbles
Chaos continued to reign at the Floating Rib. Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) couldn’t bring himself to congratulate Maxie (Kirsten Storms) on her engagement. Maxie, in turn, threatened to end their friendship.
Robert (Tristan Rogers) continued to beg for Jackie’s (Kim Delaney) assistance in uncovering Peter’s crimes but he was shut down and up. Luckily for Robert, Spinelli wasn’t about to stop his investigation into Mr. August. General Hospital airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
