General Hospital Recap: A Short Week When A Lot Happened

The General Hospital recap for Monday, September 28 and Thursday, October 1, 2020, features Ava getting a plea for help and a phone call from hell, drama for the teen set, and former lovers taking walk down memory lane.

General Hospital Recap Highlights

Julian (William deVry) has gotten himself into a spot of trouble – if you can call allowing yourself to be blackmailed by a woman from beyond the alleged grave a spot of trouble – and he’s sure that Ava’s (Maura West) the only one who can help him. But Ava’s got problems all her own.

First, there’s her deepening affection for Nikolas (Marcus Coloma). Then there’s the little matter of her former bestie is extorting $125,000 dollars from her. But of utmost concern, is the fact that Ryan Chamberlain’s (Jon Lindstrom) phone privileges have been reinstated and he’s currently requesting a chat.

Should Ava accept the call, she may just be able to save Julian’s bacon since it’s Ryan whom Nelle (Chloe Lanier) entrusted with her secrets. Should she refuse, Ava may very well seal Julian’s fate.

GH Musings

There was a time, not that long ago when Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Ned (Wally Kurth) were very much in love with one another and anxiously planning a wedding…but first, they married other people (Don’t ask. It’s a long story.).

And then, when the deck was cleared and they were able to final exchange their vows, Alexis decided to do a runner. But Ned didn’t hold that against her. In fact, years later, he claimed to be Kristina’s (Lexi Ainsworth) father in order to spare Alexis the indignity of admitting that Sonny (Maurice Benard) was the actual pop.

But should these two lost souls actually try and make another go of it? They certainly seemed to be getting awfully close during their little bender at The Floating Rib but exactly how close remains to be seen.

And speaking of close, despite his insistence that it’s actually Trina (Sydney Mikayla) he wants, Cameron (William Lipton) certainly seemed to get up close and personal with Josslyn (Eden McCoy) during the homecoming dance!
