General Hospital’s Nelle had barely fallen to her alleged death off a cliff before Jax was telling Carly to lie about her involvement in the girl’s downward descent.

Jax (Ingo Rademacher) told Carly to claim she wasn’t there, didn’t see it happen, and certainly didn’t fight with Nelle or contribute to her plunge. What almost 3,000 fans thought of his advice:

A bit less than half, 40% of the audience is with Jax on this one. He was only looking out for his ex-wife, the mother of his child. He’s right that the DA  — Robert Scorpio — would have it in for her. And only because she’s already assaulted Nelle (Chloe Lanier) in the past, and is married to a mobster who loves to rub out people who are a problem for him.

Such a personal vendetta! Such unprofessional behavior! Carly’s happiness is more important than honesty or justice. Anyone who doesn’t understand that is just a hater.

Listen Up

A smaller 31% can’t believe Carly listened to him. Carly never listens to anyone. So why should she listen to Jax? More importantly, how will Sonny react that his wife dares to speak to another man, much less take his advice? Lying to cops is Sonny’s territory.

Do you know what used to be the difference between Jax and Sonny (Maurice Benard)? Yes, yes, one has an Australian accent and the other a mumbly one. But that’s not what we mean.

The main difference between Jax and Sonny used to be that Jax only resorted to illegal deeds when his back was absolutely against the wall and he had no other choices.
