Yes, we know that Nelle has the necklace on General Hospital, suggesting she’s the daughter that Nina had stolen from her while she was in a coma. But Nina has been through a lot. Not just the coma that stole 20 years of her life, but the husband who cheated on her, the other husband who lied to her, and then the mother of all mothers!
