The forced break has left General Hospital fans even more on the edge of their seats than usual, as they have to wait to find out what’s next for Nelle.

Kidding a Kidder

Nelle (Chloe Lanier) is obviously going to lose her custody case for Wiley, 67% of you predict, but then she should grab the boy and run. For one thing, it will show Carly (Laura Wright) and Sonny (Maurice Benard) that they can’t have everything they want every time they want it.

And for another, it will end this endless story once and for all and allow for Michael (Chad Duell), not to mention Willow (Katelyn MacMullen), Chase (Josh Swickard), and Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) to get an adult storyline that doesn’t revolve around a child who we all know will soon disappear “upstairs” with Avery, Donna, Leo, and the rest.

Joint at the Kid

A smaller 31% of the audience wants Nelle to be awarded joint custody, which means she’ll be stuck married to Julian (William deVry). You see a lot of potential in that storyline and figure Wiley is the way to keep Nelle in town, and she and Julian forced to fake wedded bliss. Who knows, it might even turn real.

All I Do Is Win, Win, Win

Only 2% want Nelle to win custody of her little boy – and then to rub her victory in everyone’s faces. She can waltz around Port Charles playing Mother Of the Year – is that really that hard of a title to win? Who hasn’t lied about their child’s parentage or misplaced them for a while? – spending Julian’s money and taunting the entire Corinthos clan.
