On General Hospital, Elizabeth has three kids with three different men. And then there are… the rest. Each man who has passed through her life has had a special place in her heart but that doesn’t make them all equal.

Love the one you’re with, according to 61% of the audience. Liz (Rebecca Herbst) is with Franco (Roger Howarth) now – he’s actually her longest-lasting relationship to date. This proves the brain-damaged former serial-killer is her best match. (No, we don’t mean the other brain-damaged current serial killer; see below.) Maybe they’ll even have a baby together.
Liz’s first love, however, was Lucky. Whether he was played by Jonathan Jackson, Jacob Young, or Greg Vaughan. Sure, Aiden is technically their only biological child together. But he played Daddy to Cam (William Lipton) and Jake (Hudson West) when their real dads were either dead… or had better things to do. That’s why 32% of you will never give up on L&L. Either this generation… or Lucky’s parents.
He may be Jake’s dad, but only 5% voted for Jason (Steve Burton) as Liz’s soulmate. Maybe it’s because you prefer him with Sam (Kelly Monaco) and their son, Danny. Maybe it’s because you can’t forgive him for giving up Jake for Lucky to raise because Jason’s lifestyle choice as Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) hitman was more important. Or maybe it’s because you believe Liz deserves a man with more than one facial expression.
Who remembers Ric (Rick Hearst)? Only 2% of the viewers, that’s who. He and Liz were married in between Luckys. He locked Liz up in a room to ensure she’d keep loving him. It didn’t go well.
