It looks like Julian thinks his wife behind bars is the ticket to his freedom on “General Hospital”. Always thinking of himself first, Julian has no intention of telling the cops it was he who stabbed Carlos and not Alexis.
When Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is carted off to the PCPD, he figures he’ll just find a way to get her off and they can both live happily ever after, just like he planned. However, Alexis has some other ideas. Even if she does get out of this mess, a happy marriage is not what’s on her mind.
“It’s the perfect scenario for Julian because I think he feels he can manipulate the situation and get Alexis off,” actor William deVry said in the June 27 issue of Soap Opera Digest. “…In his mind…there’s no way she’s going to be convicted…He’s pretty adept at circumventing the law and he’s confident that his associates and his team can help him navigate these treacherous waters.”
While deVry did admit that Julian feels guilty, there’s no way that guilt will let him go down for this crime he did commit. However, it turns out that Anna (Finola Hughes) doesn’t want Alexis to go down for it and knows in her heart she’s innocent.
Anna has a talk with Alexis and lets her know she’s on her side. Will Alexis work with Anna to bring Julian down–or will she let her very guilty husband walk away scot-free?
