General Hospital News Update: Mark Lawson Channels Dustin’s Dante Envy

When General Hospital returns, we expect to see Lulu’s romance with Dustin continue, as well as her rivalry with Brook Lynn. However, Dante is still out there and always on her mind, something Dustin knows all too well. Apparently, his portrayer, Mark Lawson, knows this too.

Mark Lawson: Dustin or Dante?

In a hilarious video he shared on Instagram, Lawson does what he does best when not on set — he works out, lifting those free weights to make sure, he too, can live up to the great Dante.

You’ll see Lawson in Dustin jealousy mode, repeating the names Dante, and also Dominic for actor Dominic Zamprogna who brought Dante to life for 11 years.

“Dante, Dante, Dante, Dominic, Dominic Dominic…it’s all you care about, it’s all you talk about. What about Dustin? What’s up with Dustin? Where’s good guy Dustin? Schoolteacher Dustin? Never shot nobody. Never hurt anybody. All he wanted was a girlfriend. Everybody’s gotta talk about Dante, Dante, Dante.”

Lawson added the hashtags: #goodguydustin #dustinislosingit. Now, is Dustin about to lose it? Will Dante be making a return sometime soon when GH is back with new episodes? Olivia has certainly been bringing him up more and more and the last we saw she was begging Robert for help.

In addition, Dominic Zamprogna has made no secret about his desire to return to the show. Might a comeback already be in the works, complicating Dustin’s life, as well as Lulu and Brook’s? Remember, their rivalry began over Dante, so Zamprogna’s return could certainly heat things up some more.
