Jason and Sam tied the knot once again on General Hospital yesterday, thrilling their longtime fans.
The wedding was a far cry from their last walk down the proverbial aisle five years ago, when they married in the garden of their favorite Chinese restaurant. Although a semi-casual event, this time the bride wore white and they didn’t elope. Soap Hub asked if you thought this wedding did the couple justice–or if something was missing.
Perfection!
A good 76% of you thought the wedding was everything you dreamed of for this classic supercouple. You loved the intimacy of the event and the love that shined through. Having Spinelli officiate the ceremony was the perfect added touch and you wish he could stay longer.
Could Have Been Better
A smaller 18% felt something lacked with these nuptials. First, Jason’s (Billy Miller) mother decided work was more important than her son’s wedding. Others would have liked a larger affair. Yes, Jason and Sam (Kelly Monaco) are now happy as can be, but they may even have the happiness curse now that they wed. You now find them a bit dull, despite the chemistry between Monaco and Miller. Others were bothered that Elizabeth and Franco managed to interrupt the reception and they weren’t even there.
Just Not Sure
The final 5% have mixed feelings about it all. While you’re happy they’re married, you were much more interested in the other stories we saw yesterday. You’re growing fond of Hayden and Finn and want to see what happens with the serial killer story next.
