Tragedy Strikes General Hospital Star Ingo Rademacher’s Family

General Hospital star Ingo Rademacher shared sad news with fans this morning via social media.

He and his wife, Ehiku, were expecting their third baby, but sadly, their excitement turned to tragedy as Ekhu had an ectopic pregnancy that required emergency surgery.

As Rademacher tells it:

“Ehiku is ok. We were very excited for the [possibility] of baby no.3 but ectopic pregnancy with internal bleeding-Ambulance straight to surgery ended all that today. Scariest 2 hrs of my life waiting for her to come out of surgery.

I’ve never felt so helpless. Big thanks to the Kahuku Ambulance crew and castle Medical who were really amazing. It’s 2 am right now and I’m so thankful to be sitting/sleeping on this uncomfortable chair watching as my wife recovers. We are lucky, blessed and very fortunate to get through this.”
