The General Hospital (GH) recap for Thursday, December 21 features the start of Christmas in Port Charles, bringing both hope and heartache to your favorite characters.
Sam’s Gifts From The Men Who Love Her
While we didn’t get to see kids unwrap presents, we did know it happened thanks to their parents talking about it. Drew (Billy Miller) and Sam (Kelly Monaco) had just put Scout down for a nap when he presented her with a brand-new engagement ring.
Sam was thrilled and proclaimed her undying love, but then sent Drew to the Quartermaines with Danny while she waited for Scout to wake. This also gave her time to pull the lug nut engagement ring Jason (Steve Burton) had given her years ago out of a box. Then, it gave her time to visit with Jason who stopped by with gifts for Danny.
He also gave her and Drew the gift of the penthouse and of Aurora Media. When he left, Sam then remember when they brought home a Charlie Brown Christmas tree. You sure do love Drew and only Drew, Sam.
Poor Jason also tried to give Jake presents thanks to Josslyn (Eden McCoy) shopping for him, but Jake told him he wanted nothing to do with him, leaving Jason heartbroken and alone on Christmas.
He also had to know Franco (Roger Howarth) was the one comforting his son.
A New Q
When Sam arrived at the Quartermaines with Scout, she introduced Oscar (Garren Stitt) to his baby sister. Oscar also bonded with Ned (Wally Kurth) over music.
Wedding Day Blues
Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) and Laura (Genie Francis) attempted to wed on Christmas, but that didn’t work out when the minister’s wife’s water broke and he had to leave. Laura resolved herself to not getting married, but then a surprise guest arrived.
