General Hospital (GH) Recap: That Was A Quick Trip Back To PC

The General Hospital (GH) recap for Monday, October 16 features Original Recipe Jason’s first day back in Port Charles after five years.

Honey, I’m Home
Yep, that slow boat from Russia wasn’t so slow after all, and the man we assume is our All-Original Jason (Steve Burton) made it to New York City and then Port Charles in record time (for a soap, at least).

Of course, he did find some Russians in Port Charles who are after him, but he quickly escaped and made his way over to Sonny’s house. After looking at the pictures and wondering who some people were, he heard Sonny might be coming home soon and left.

Next, he found his way to his own penthouse where he found boy toys, but not baby girl things. So, he likely realizes Danny is growing up without him, but doesn’t realize Scout exists and her last name is Morgan. Original Jason took a breather on the terrace, but then Sam (Kelly Monaco) came home and he wondered what to do.

Media Moguls
While Original Jason skulked around, Current Jason (Billy Miller) and Sam met with Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Carly (Laura Wright) and told them all about their new media company. They didn’t seem impressed but accepted the loss of this Jason.

Sonny’s Suspicious
Perhaps Sonny was more concerned about the fact that Brick (Stephen A. Smith) told him he was being surveilled, and Sonny was sure it was by the Russians.

Is Drew Really Dead? (Of Course Not)
Over at the hospital, it turns out Aunt Stella is making friends and even thinks Franco (Roger Howarth) is weird. After Franco’s weird dream of Little Drew (we assume) telling him he killed him, Franco looked for Andrew Frank’s death certificate and couldn’t find it.

Likely Story
Michael (Chad Duell) confronted Nelle (Chloe Lanier) about being a good swimmer and asked why she couldn’t rescue her fiancé. She explained icy New England waters are more difficult to maneuver than a swimming pool, and Michael said okay. Of course.
