The General Hospital (GH) recap for Monday, March 5 features the immediate aftermath of an earthquake in Port Charles.
Getting To Drew…And Joss And Oscar
All seemed fine for everyone at the Quartermaine mansion, and Ned (Wally Kurth) explained after the 1991 earthquake, the builders took precautions repairing the house. But, Sam (Kelly Monaco) wanted out anyway to find Drew (Billy Miller) and had Jason (Steve Burton) take her through the wreckage on his motorcycle.
Meanwhile, Drew and Kim (Tamara Braun) could only think about finding Oscar (Garren Stitt) and Josslyn (Eden McCoy), who were locked in a freezer and possibly suffering from hypothermia.
Drew and Kim finally got to them, but it wasn’t looking good. They also rescued some other kids, along with Lulu’s (Emme Rylan) help.
Concussion!
Michael (Chad Duell) was hurt, but at least Sonny (Maurice Benard) was there to discover he had a concussion.
Sonny also could not find Carly (Laura Wright) or Mike (Max Gail) and was worried sick about them.
Can Mike Save Franco?
Mike was out and about and came across Franco (Roger Howarth) in the construction trailer. He was under some debris and Jim had already left him.
He eventually came across Jason and Sam. Mike didn’t even recognize Sam, and could barely remember he wanted to find help for Franco.
Chaos Abounds
At the church, a sharp object was lodged into Scott’s (Kin Shriner) leg and Griffin (Matt Cohen) was there to help. Poor Liz (Rebecca Herbst) just stood there after people left to go to the hospital remembering her romance with Franco and knowing in her heart he didn’t want to leave her there.
And then there’s Ava (Maura West), whose first thought was of Kiki (Hayley Erin), but whose next thought was of her face when Kiki informed her she was bleeding.
