The General Hospital (GH) recap features a race to the finish between former lovers Ned and Alexis.
Last Minute Story Does Some Serious Election Damage Cause Yep
The story of Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) going to Nora Buchanan (Hillary B. Smith) to get Julian (William deVry) out of jail rocked Port Charles and made the mayoral race tighter than ever at the last minute.
Ned, Ted, Jimmy With The Cigar?
Julian blamed Ned (or rather, Ted) for the story and pounced on the Q mansion, and then pounced on Ned (Wally Kurth), who claimed innocence. It was clear to anyone paying attention–especially Curtis–that Jim Harvey (Greg Evigan) had something to do with this and he let him know he was onto him.
Strange Assortment
In the Q living room, even Kim (Tamara Braun), Oscar (Garren Stitt), and Nelle (Chloe Lanier) were on hand to watch the results, with Nelle just happy to be there and Kim admitting she voted for Alexis, so whoops. At least she managed to break things up between Ned and Julian.
Drowning Their Sorrows
When the results all came in, Ned was the winner and Alexis told Finn (Michael Easton) she really wanted a drink.
They then left together and we’ll find out tomorrow what happened there.
Franco’s Demons
Meanwhile, Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) was fascinated by Franco (Roger Howarth) and his insistence that he’s a bad person no matter what. Franco remembered locking Drew (Billy Miller) in a chest when they were three, not realizing other kids have done this in life and not turned out to be serial killers without a brain tumor defense.
Franco didn’t bother telling Kevin of his memories, and when Kevin dictated his notes on the case, he wondered if maybe Franco never grew up and is still young Bobby who misses his friend and feels guilt for all that he did.
