General Hospital Recap
The General Hospital (GH) recap for Friday, October 13 features a near-miss in New York City between Original Recipe Jason and Current Jason–and Sam.
Near Miss
Current Jason (Billy Miller) shocked Sam (Kelly Monaco) when they signed papers taking over ownership of Derek Wells Media.
Why Current Jason chose to buy Julian’s media company as a new career that will keep him away from Sonny and danger, we’ll never know, but, okay, what’s done is done.
The pair celebrated at a NYC dive bar where they JUST missed Original Recipe Jason (Steve Burton), who had given Huxley’s watch to the bartender after she helped him escape some Russians and gave him $20. He then traveled to the bus station to buy a ticket home.
Trouble For Valentina?
Of course, Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) also planned to buy the company for Nina (Michelle Stafford) and was disappointed that the deal fell through.
Nina tried to learn who she now has to answer to, as Valentin warned Nelle that he can see right through her. When he later met Cassandra (Jessica Tuck) in the Metro Court and she pulled him in for a kiss, Nelle snapped a pic.
Yep, She Lies
While Nelle (Chloe Lanier) was showing her manipulative side, Michael (Chad Duell) was learning more and more about Nelle that he didn’t want to know.
Curtis (Donnell Turner) told Michael how Nelle started off as her fiancé’s mother’s assistant–and how she was a champion swimmer in high school and not the bad swimmer she claimed to be. Uh-oh, looks like more lies and just how many of them can Michael take?
Now What?
Over in a penthouse bedroom, Griffin (Matt Cohen) and Ava (Maura West) basked in the afterglow and asked what comes next. Ava was pretty sure Griffin will waffle about what he wants to do with his life, and Griffin admitted he’s moving closer to a decision. After this latest betrayal of his vows, we should hope so.
