General Hospital (GH) Recap: Andre’s Back In Town!

The General Hospital (GH) recap for Friday, February 23 features a day of lost and found in Port Charles.

Old Friends
Anna (Finola Hughes) thought she lost a friend for good when Andre (Anthony Montgomery) was sent to jail, but then he showed up next to her at the Metro Court bar. Of course, we then learned she pulled some strings with the WSB to get him out from behind bars.

The pair discussed her baby with Faison (Anders Hove) and Anna said the one gift she could give her is to never find her and let her know who her father was. Then, Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) arrived and told her Faison had Huntington’s Disease and that it’s hereditary, so we’re guessing Anna will want to find her child now.

A Sad, Sad Situation
Ava (Maura West) called the cops on the mystery man who destroyed her art, but when new cop Chase showed up and looked at the security footage, Griffin (Matt Cohen) also appeared and said he knew who that was.

Griffin immediately called Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Ava explained what happened.

But, then Mike called and asked Sonny to come to the station right away. Mike (Max Gail) was in cuffs and broke down over his condition, but Chase said he couldn’t have Mike released until Ava dropped the charges.

Crank Calls
Carly (Laura Wright) was at the PCPD before Sonny and had Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) trace her mystery phone call to a pay phone near where Morgan was killed. They headed out there with Jason (Steve Burton) and Carly was determined to find out what was going on.

Will The Wedding Happen?
Kevin and Franco (Roger Howarth) had another session and he confessed to locking Drew (Billy Miller) in the chest when they were three, but Kevin refused to tell Franco that his future choices in life would all be non-violent.

While this was going on, Liz (Rebecca Herbst) had drinks with Epiphany (Sonya Eddy) and talked about how shocking it is to have the real Jason back. She also lamented how Jason couldn’t accept that Franco is a changed man.
