General Hospital (GH) hasn’t been the same since Spinelli left town to start life anew in Portland.
And — according to Soap Opera Digest — Bradford Anderson will be bringing the fan favorite back. There were no other details like when or how, but the folks in Port Charles — and fans alike — will be happy to take him any way we can get him.
As you may recall, the last time Spinelli stepped foot in town, his face looked a little different. That’s because Anderson was off shooting Homeland, so Blake Berris (ex-Nick, Days of Our Lives) stepped into the role, trying to fill some very big shoes.
Soap Hub asked if you want Spinelli to move back to Port Charles for good and your answer was pretty clear.
Welcome Home
After over 3,000 votes were tallied, 77% said it’s time for their beloved geek to make his way home for good. Port Charles hasn’t been the same since Spinelli left, and it won’t be great again until he is back full-time.
You want him to also bring Georgie so Maxie can be near her daughter. You miss his interactions with Jason – perhaps he could open a detective agency with the happy couple, and of course, Curtis (Donnell Turner).
On the Fence
It seems 15% are fine either way. You enjoy his frequent guest appearances, like when he officiated at Jason (Billy Miller) and Sam’s wedding and then at Maxie and Nathan’s, but a little goes a long way.
Sure he could move back, but it’s not a necessity. A little spice is nice but no one wants a whole meal of it.
Computer Issues
Apparently 8% don’t want him around because you’re afraid he could be a threat to Nathan and Maxie’s (Kirsten Storms) happiness. Even if he wasn’t a romantic option, he certainly could get under Nathan’s skin and make him feel inadequate in Maxie’s eyes because Spinelli knows her so well.
You’re all about Nathan and Maxie and want to see their love win out.
