General Hospital has no shortage of bad guys. On any given day, someone is always lying, someone is scheming, and someone is locking people in dog cages. But who is the most dangerous resident — to themselves and others?

New and Notable
Over 3,000 fans weigh in, and the devil you know is better than the devil you don’t know. Olivia (Tonja Walker) has only been back in Port Charles for a little while, and the fact that they’re not sure what she’s up to convinced 46% of fans that she is the mother of all dangers.

It’s Always Sonny in Port Charles
It doesn’t matter how often Sonny (Maurice Benard) justifies his actions, or his defenders explain how he’s the best, most noble, most generous man they’ve ever known, because 20% of you ain’t buying it.

On the other hand, maybe voting him the most dangerous is supposed to be a compliment.

Julian of the Nile
The bad mobster to Sonny’s good one, Julian (William deVry) convinced 16% of viewers that he’s the baddest of them all. Now if only Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) could see it… for more than a couple of days at a stretch.

Jeromes in General
Even though Olivia ended up Number #1 on this list, and Julian earned the Bronze, 13% of voters believed the entire Jerome family deserved a combined vote, which presumably included Ava (Maura West) and even dead daddy Victor.

Heck, maybe we should throw Kiki (Hayley Erin), Lucas (Ryan Carnes), and Avery onto the list. They look a little shifty-eyed, especially that baby….

Franco, My Dear
Oh, yes, the dog cage. Plus all that pre-tumor serial killing. Franco (Roger Howarth) is a bad-ass. Or thinks he is. He’ll be crushed to find out out only 6% of you agree. And imagine how embarrassed mama Heather (Robin Mattson) will be. He’s such the white sheep of the family…
