Get ready for a major departure. Michelle Stafford is exiting her role as Nina Reeves. The actress was unable to come to terms on a new contract with the soap. Stafford has portrayed the character since 2014. There’s no last air date available at this time, nor any official word as to whether or not the role will be recast.
Joe Flanigan returns as Dr. Neil Byrne on Monday, April 8 and Tuesday, April 9. The daytime therapist will share scenes with Nancy Lee Grahn’s Alexis. Inga Cadranel is back as Dawn of Day follower Harmony on Wednesday, April 10.
Chris Van Etten pops back in as Chet, this week. He’ll work opposite Wes Ramsey’s Peter and again, Kirsten Storms’ Maxie as a new love triangle seems to be forming.
