Hillary B. Smith, remembered as Nora on One Life to Live, is bringing the beloved character to Port Charles. GH executive producer, Frank Valentini, announced the news on Twitter. It marks the first time a former One Life or All My Children character has been added to the GH cast, since ABC regained the rights to the shows after its legal battle with Prospect Park.
Michael Rodrick has exited as Seth Baker, after confessing to and being arrested for the murder of his brother, Tom. He first appeared in December 2016.
