If he knew that birth mother was Nelle, that would have played into the talk. Heck, Julian even offered to team up with Sonny to protect Wiley. That would be an awfully odd thing for him to do if he knew Wiley was Sonny’s grandchild.
Soap Hub understands how this can become confusing, as this story has so many tentacles a scorecard is needed at this point to keep up with it all.
But again, Julian has no idea who this baby really is. (Of course, Liesl Obrecht does.) And, when Julian finds out (we bet he will before Michael does), this will add a whole other dimension to this already-complicated plot.
