It looks like the General Hospital cast is about to grow now that Don Swayze, brother of the late Patrick, has been cast as Buzz.
The actor is no stranger to soaps and played Shawn Roberts on The Young and the Restless in 2010. He also played a pawnbroker in 2011 and Rip in 1983 on Days of Our Lives.
According to SoapCentral.com, his GH character will first appear as a homeless man on January 5, 2017 as part of Julian’s (William deVry) storyline. Could Buzz be a witness to who put the bomb in Julian’s car that ended up killing Morgan (Bryan Craig)?
In addition to his soap roles, Swayze has had numerous roles in primetime, including Longmire, Sons of Anarchy, Southland, and Hawaii Five-0.
The actor lost his older brother, Patrick Swayze, to pancreatic cancer in 2009.
