General Hospital Casting Call: A New Cop To Replace Nathan???

Nathan was buried Friday leaving Dante all alone without a partner on General Hospital (GH). But, that can’t last for long, right?

According to published reports, GH now has a casting call out for a Hispanic actor to play a young cop in his 20s. While the role is only listed for a recurring day player at the moment, it has the possibility of growing into more.

Perhaps the new cop will become Dante’s new protege. If it works out with chemistry between the actors and he becomes a hit with fans, he can become Dante’s new partner eventually.

We do know we are down a leading cop character and that just can’t be, so GH is on the prowl to see who it can add.

In addition to the casting call for a young Hispanic performer, the soap is also looking for another actor who needs to fit the description of “dynamic” for a 2-3 month role. We wonder who has a big story coming up that will require an apparently impactful character for a short amount of time.

Perhaps it’s someone from Drew or Jason’s past who could shine a light on the entire subject of what the heck happened to them before each made their way back to Port Charles.
