Poor Kiki may be a restless spirit longing to make contact with her mama Ava but portrayer Hayley Erin certain has a reason to celebrate!
That’s because she was born July 13, 1994 in Los Angeles, California, meaning that she turned 25 years old this weekend! Erin, who dropped her last name Feil professionally, is also a talented comedian. She made eight appearances on the skit series MADtv and in one episode impersonated Dakota Fanning.
Erin made her acting debut at the age of 10 on the series Malcolm in the Middle and other roles soon followed. Over the next few years, Erin made guest appearances on series such as Big Love, Two and a Half Men, Modern Family and even had a recurring role on Emily’s Reasons Why Not.
And long before she joined General Hospital (GH), Erin played another young scamp on another beloved soap opera. Between 2008 and 2010, Erin recurred as Abby Newman on CBS’s The Young and the Restless. In an ironic twist, Erin was let go from the series so the role could be recast with future GH costar Emme Rylan.
Five years later, Erin returned to daytime when she took over the role of Lauren “Kiki” Jerome on GH. She was immediately thrust into some front burner storylines, including a sexual harassment case that was ripped from the #MeToo headlines.
In 2018, Erin accepted an offer to join the cast of ABC Family’s newest television series The Perfectionists so she had to ask GH to let her out of her contract. In her final appearance, Kiki was murdered by serial killer Ryan Collins.
