Fool Me Once: Will Maxie’s Plan Work On General Hospital?

On General Hospital, Maxie believes she has come up with the most brilliant plan ever to get Peter out of her life for good. She’ll tell him their baby died, so he’ll have no more reason to hang around.

Blow Up

A little over half of you, 51%, have seen way too many of Maxie’s (Kirsten Storms) allegedly brilliant plans blow up in her face to think this one has any chance of going smoother. Not only is her plan risky, but it’s also been done. Lots of times. Just ask Olivia (Lisa LoCicero).

She claimed her and Julian’s (William DeVry) baby died, then coincidentally adopted another tot mere weeks later. Yeah, nobody bought that. And, hey, remember Nelle’s (Chloe Lanier) claims about her and Michael’s (Chad Duell) dead son? Peter (Wes Ramsey) is obsessed with his and Maxie’s child. He’s going to want more proof than Maxie is capable of producing.

Double Cross

A smaller 38% of the audience sees a very simple way this plan could fail: Maxie could fake the child’s death, Peter could figure it out and make off with little Lou… leaving Maxie with no one to believe that her child was kidnapped, and assuming it’s just a grieving mother unable to accept the truth. This story could actually be more interesting if it falls through spectacularly!

Helping Hands

Only 11% are confident that between Anna (Finola Hughes), Britt (Kelly Thiebaud), Robert (Tristan Rogers), and maybe even Mac (John J. York) and Felicia (Kristina Wagner) being brought out of mothballs, Maxie will have all the help she needs to execute her plan flawlessly.
