Nelle wants you to know that even if you’ve been naughty (just like her), you deserve something nice this year. And her General Hospital (GH) pals echo those sentiments in their own way.

It’s been a rough year for many in Port Charles as always, but in the end family and friends always come together, as witnessed by Monica’s pizza surprise on Thanksgiving.

In a year where the Quartermaines seemed to disappear after Tracy left, Jason is back, he has a twin, and that twin has a son, so the family is growing. Heck, even Michael may become a dad, but we’ll see how that all plays out.

Meanwhile, your favorite GH stars–even some you don’t see too often like Haley Pullos as Molly and Tequan Richmond as TJ–have gotten together to wish YOU all a very special holiday season no matter what you celebrate.
