Tracy’s days are numbered on General Hospital thanks to Jane Elliot choosing to retire, but that doesn’t mean the beloved character has to meet the grim reaper.
In fact, we fully expect her to take off for parts unknown for a grand adventure, but will she be alone? A pic posted by Carolyn Hennesy (Diane) last week of her, Executive Producer Frank Valentini, and Tony Geary at the GH studio left everyone wondering if Luke returns to whisk Tracy off to wherever he’s been since 2015. (We suspect he’s been everywhere.)
Soap Hub asked if this is just what you want and the answer was resounding.
It Only Makes Sense
Out of nearly 4,000 votes, 77% of you want to see Luke one last time. Things were left unsaid between him and Tracy last time around, and he never even said goodbye.
He at least left Laura a letter, but never left a thing for Tracy.
With both Laura (Genie Francis) and Tracy currently on a caper, it wouldn’t be out of the realm of possibility that they run into Luke, and Laura (who has moved on with Kevin) gives them both her blessing.
Let Tracy Go It Alone
A much smaller 23% of you think Geary was just on the set to say goodbye to Elliot on her last day of work and that it makes more sense for Luke to return for Laura than for Tracy. After all, she was the first love of his life, and they share two children. You want to see an independent Tracy decide to go it alone and not let a man in her life once again.
