General Hospital’s Rocco has been having a heck of a time lately, which has Finn Carr once again proving just how talented he is. The young actor continues to hit it out of the park no matter what the GH writers throw his way.

Key Takeaways

  • Finn Carr delivered a powerhouse performance amid Rocco’s latest crisis.
  • GH fans can’t stop talking about the young actor.
  • Carr will have more opportunities to showcase his stellar talent.

Finn Carr Continues to Impress on GH

Once again, Rocco (Carr) has managed to land himself in serious trouble. This time around, it’s because he followed Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) to the piers and got more than he bargained for.

When Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) and Jason (Steve Burton) ended up in a life-or-death fight, Rocco jumped in to shoot Cullum, ultimately saving Jason’s life. From the second Rocco pulled the trigger, Carr has been on fire.

The actor showcased Rocco’s shock and fear with ease. Rocco was stone-cold silent after the shooting, as Jason and Nathan (Ryan Paevey), who arrived right after the shooting, took control.

Thanks to Finn, it was easy to see that this situation instantly took a toll on Rocco. The teen literally had GH fans melting when he whimpered “mama” the second he saw Lulu (Alexa Havins) and fell into her arms.

GH fans have been flooding social media to sing Finn’s very much deserved praises.

“Finn Carr is such a phenomenal actor. What a great find as Rocco,” wrote a fan on X.

Another fan on X declared, “Finn Carr truly is one of the best young actors in daytime tv.”

One fan insisted that Carr has been excellent as Rocco and feels the Daytime Emmy Awards need to bring back the younger actor category because so many young stars aren’t getting recognized for their talents when they should be.

We are here for Carr getting a Daytime Emmy, that’s for sure. The actor could be nominated for Outstanding Emerging Talent in a Daytime Drama Series for his outstanding performances as Rocco over the past year.

Carr’s time to shine isn’t over either. The Rocco shooting Cullum and Jason taking the blame for it storyline is just getting started and will continue to heat up while Burton is on his hiatus from the show.
