Face the Facts: Should Ava Give Up On Perfection On General Hospital (GH)?

Ava has been obsessed with getting her glowing good looks back on General Hospital (GH) and seems willing to risk it all — but should she?

She was already almost killed while trying to fix her face in Russia. If Griffin (Matt Cohen) hadn’t come to her rescue, who knows what would have happened to her? Then there’s the pesky Sonny (Maurice Benard) issue.

He said he wouldn’t kill her for her part in Morgan’s (Bryan Craig) death because he felt her living with the scars from the fire was hell enough. In fact, she wanted him to kill her when she was in the hospital bed, and he wouldn’t do it. But if she looks perfect, would he go after her?

Now Ava (Maura West) has tried once again to rid her face of the few scars left after her Russia surgery. But should she leave well enough alone already? Soap Hub asked the question and you let us know exactly what you think.

Time to Move On

After almost 3,000 votes were tallied, a healthy 79% said she should give it a rest. In fact, people said they’ve had worse acne than what she’s got left on her face.

Griffin thinks she’s beautiful as is, no little kids are screaming anymore when they see her — so what’s the big deal? Let it go, Ava.

Still, 21% feel that Ava should continue in her quest for her perfect face once again. She’s made great personal strides at fixing her inner twisted soul, so she deserves to have a face that reflects her newly acquired inner beauty.

Besides, Griffin may say she’s beautiful as is, but if Ava doesn’t feel that way, what does that matter? She will never be at peace until she’s happy with herself. So, if this will make that happen, why not go for it?
