He’s everyone’s favorite super spy… so does General Hospital (GH) need to have Robert Scorpio — and Tristan Rogers — back for good? You have to admit, Port Chuck hasn’t exactly been the same without super spy and WSB agent Robert Scorpio in town.
He has a quip for every occasion, is charming, and better yet, nothing gets past him. And we mean nothing, Valentin (James Patrick Stuart)!
Scorpio instantly had the guy’s number after he managed to charm half the town, but no one knows Cassadines like Robert. After all, he went against the original – Mikkos Cassadine – when he and Luke Spencer saved the world from the freezing over.
That’s another thing to love about Rober: He’s one of the few ties to remembering Luke. Theirs was the original bromance, no matter how badly people may want you to think it’s Jason (Steve Burton) and Sonny (Maurice Benard).
Soap Hub wanted to know if you felt that Port Charles needed to have Emma’s grandfather back full time or not, and here are those results.
The Spy Who Loved PC
After all the votes were counted, an impressive 63% agree that life just isn’t as fun without the secret agent being around to stir things up.
Port Charles needs someone in law enforcement who actually knows how to solve a crime, considering how long they’ve had to deal without.
Besides, Robert goes way back with Anna (Finola Hughes) and is Robin’s (Kimberly McCullough) father. How could you not want him around?
You Only Live Twice
OK, so 33% wants him around for short visits only. Apparently, a lot of Robert is a little hard to take but you just love him in small spurts.
Well, that’s okay! At least he still gets to come from time to time to give Anna a hard time. Those moments are priceless!
Dr. No
Still, for 4% of you, there’s not enough screen time for those you do love that you’re okay with the super spy fighting crime around the world.
