On Tuesday, Soap Hub reported that General Hospital star Emme Rylan broke her nose in a freak accident playing with her kids.
Now, the actress has taken to Twitter to explain what happened and assure GH fans she won’t need to take any time away from playing Lulu. She was already scheduled for time off from the soap, so the accident came at a good time, if one can call any injury “good.”
Rylan is scheduled for surgery on Thursday to repair what describes as a “bad” break that left her nose crooked, according to Soaps in Depth.

She was just enjoying some outdoor time with her little boy and some rambunctious play caused the injury.
From the sound of Rylan’s tweets, she’s taking the incident in stride. Soap Hub sends best wishes for a successful surgery and a speedy recovery.
