Drew’s Direction: Does He Need a New One On General Hospital?

What exactly is Drew’s, uhm, point these days on General Hospital? His romance with Sam  is over, now that she has her original Jason back.

Baby Mama Kim (Tamra Braun) is either stressing over runaway terminal patient Oscar (Garren Stitt), or her on-again/off-again new squeeze Julian (William deVry), and former BFF Carly (Laura Wright) dropped him like a hot potato and even blamed Drew (Billy Miller) for making her jump to the conclusion that he was “her” Jason in the first place.

Does Drew need some new direction in life? The word from almost 22,000 fans:

Get a Clue, Dude… Or a Job
He’s kind of useless these days, 81% of you agree. We know Shiloh’s (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) secrets are trapped inside Drew’s noggin…er, flash drive. But he doesn’t want to risk getting his memories back and losing the ones he made with all the people who now want nothing to do with him… and Baby Scout.

Sam insists Jason is the man for her. Foster brother Franco (Roger Howarth) is busy confessing and then unconfessing to killing various women, so not a lot of spare time for fraternal bonding.

Drew just kind of wanders around Port Charles…looking for something to do. It would be super nice if he found it.

Good As Gold
Only 19% of the audience think Drew is fine just the way he is. A real man doesn’t need to always be on the front burner. A real man can stand by, on call, waiting to be summoned into save the day.

Drew is good at that. And there’s no point in giving him a new love interest. Mobsters get first pick of all the girls. Drew can play Daddy. To his kids. To Jason’s…
