Drew and Franco have been having some “brotherly” bonding while locked away together on General Hospital (GH), but how will Drew’s wife, Sam, react to their budding bromance?
After all, it wasn’t that long ago that Franco (Roger Howarth) tortured Sam (Kelly Monaco), making her life a living hell. She has hated Franco ever since. Sure, there was that whole brain tumor defense but when the memories are that strong, that is of little comfort.
We know once Drew (Billy Miller) and Franco’s are safe Liz (Rebecca Herbst) may forgive Franco, and Sam will be relieved, and maybe even tell Drew about Jason. But, she also has to deal with a little dividend of Drew and Franco’s ordeal–a new bestie.
Soap Hub wondered how Sam will react to their new bond and asked fans to weigh in.
Get A New Pal
After almost 10,000 votes were tallied, over 84% believe Sam will NOT be happy with Drew’s new BFF.
While Drew didn’t really go through all the Franco torture with her (that was Jason), he has Jason’s memories of this time and should know how this will upset his wife. It’s a good bet Jason (Steve Burton) would never do this to Sam!

Jury Is Out
For 13% of you, the possibility that Sam could approve is out there but you don’t want to commit. Sam has come a long way with Franco and she can almost tolerate him at times. Maybe she could deal with it as long as Drew isn’t expecting her to host double date nights with him and Liz at the penthouse.
Live and Let Live
That leaves only 3% who think Sam could accept Franco as Drew’s new bud. Perhaps you’re just huge Franco fans and wish he and Sam could bury the hatchet — preferable not in Franco’s back.
