Safe Harbor
A majority 56% of you think that Trina should forgive her dad. He was only trying to keep her safe. Sonny (Maurice Benard), Carly (Laura Wright), Franco (Roger Howarth), and more are always allowed to use that excuse when they want to get out of trouble with their kids, so why shouldn’t Taggart? It was for your own good, Trina-pie!

Express Your Feelings, Trina
A smaller 40% of the audience believes that Trina should forgive Taggart, but also that she has the right to be super-cranky about it. Trina is a teenager. She is still learning right from wrong, making choices about who she wants to be and how she wants to live her life. She shouldn’t be made to feel bad for being angry at a dad who fakes his own death and caused her pain.
Bad Guy
Only 4% assert that what Taggart did was unforgivable. Just because other people have done the same thing, is no excuse. Taggart always held himself up as morally superior to Sonny, Jason (Steve Burton), and their ilk. He was right.
Right up until he stooped to using their tactics. If Taggart wants his daughter to believe he’s the better man, then he better act like one and take responsibility for his actions. General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
