General Hospital‘s Curtis may have gone too far when he punched Isaiah in front of a room filled with witnesses. As a result, he might be in a lot more trouble than he realizes.

Key Takeaways

  • Curtis dislikes Isaiah and is trying to blame him for the accident that injured Jordan.
  • He punched Isaiah, who injured his hand when he landed on it.
  • This could be career-ending, and he will not be able to operate on a boy who needs life-saving surgery.
  • Curtis’s arrogance led him to think he could walk away from the incident.

Curtis’s Beef With Isaiah

Curtis (Donnell Turner) was married to Jordan (Tanisha Harper). He left Jordan for Portia (Brook Kerr). Jordan had a relationship with Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson), but that ended. Curtis and Portia divorced. Curtis is now back with Jordan, and Portia is with Isaiah. Let’s not forget that Portia is pregnant with Curtis’s baby. This is definitely a soap world.

There are bad feelings all around for these four, but they were all making the effort to live in peace, until Curtis and Jordan’s accident. The crash was Jordan’s fault, but Curtis decided that Isaiah was the other driver who didn’t stop to help them. He has made it his mission to see his adversary arrested, even though no crime was committed.

The Aurora CEO took it way too far when he made a scene in a restaurant where Isaiah and Portia were having dinner. Isaiah’s comment about being a better father was bad, but Curtis was the one who got physical. He punched Isaiah, who landed on his hand.

Surgeon With A Bad Hand

Isaiah’s hand is in bad shape. He broke it in eleven places and will need multiple surgeries. Dr. Gannon is a surgeon, and obviously needs his hand to operate.

To make matters worse, he was about to perform life-saving surgery on a young boy. Isaiah is at the top of his field and may be the only one who can save him, but that cannot happen with his hand injury.

In the meantime, Curtis is at the PCPD expecting to walk away from the situation. He thought calling Michael (Rory Gibson) to throw his weight around would get him released. He does not realize the damage he caused to Isaiah, and he is in for a rude awakening.

Dr. Gannon might want to press criminal charges and also sue if the injury is career-ending. Plus, an innocent boy may die because Curtis couldn’t let his vendetta go. It’s time for Curtis to get a reality check and recognize the error of his ways. What will it take for that to happen?
