There has been a lot of commotion among the Quartermaines on General Hospital. The newest Q may be the one to calm things down and bring this whole crazy family back together.
Key Takeaways
- The Quartermaines should be rejoicing that the house is Tracy’s.
- The family walked out on the new owner.
- Gio is softening towards the Qs.
- Gio is the voice of reason and could bring the family together.
Tracy Vs. The Family
All should be right in the world of the Qs. The family crypt is still standing, Drew (Cameron Mathison) has been thrown out, Ronnie (Erika Slezak) is getting her own place, and Tracy (Jane Elliot) owns the house (it’s hers; Monica gave it to her).
Things are never that simple for this family. While the rest of them forgave Ronnie for going along with Martin’s (Michael E. Knight) plan, Tracy would not. They may have been wrong, but the Qs walked out and left the new owner alone in her mansion. Tracy is stubborn and would not bend an inch. That is, until her great-grandson walked in.
Gio The Peacemaker
Gio (Giovanni Mazza) has been angry with the Quartermaines since he discovered that he is one of them. His entire life had been a lie, so his anger was justified, but there have been recent signs of forgiveness. Emma (Braedyn Bruner) has been very helpful in this department and is encouraging him to realize that the family isn’t all bad.
After discussing Drew buying the house with his girlfriend, he went over there and found Tracy alone. She gave him the good news that the house is hers, but the family walked out on her. Angry Gio seemed to disappear, and a very logical and caring Gio took his place. He is suddenly the voice of reason and truly wants to bring the Qs back together and all under one roof.
Gio may be the one person that Tracy will listen to. It’s time to bring this crazy family together, back in the house, with all the regular madness that happens there. Plus, maybe Gio will finally move back in and become a real Quartermaine.
