It turns out that Nathan’s return from the dead on General Hospital is the best thing that has happened to Nina in a long time. Nathan seems to be the one person who can get through to Nina regarding wacky Willow.

The Family That Nina Deserves
After Nathan (Ryan Paevey) died, Nina (Cynthia Watros) was left without her person. Even though she had Liesl (Kathleen Gati) and Maxie (Kirsten Storms), it wasn’t the same as having her little brother in her corner.
Family has always been the one thing Nina longed for but was missing, especially after she got a brief taste of it with Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) and Charlotte (then Scarlett Fernandez). It’s why she’s so desperate to be a mom to Willow (Katelyn MacMullen).
Nina still has that desperation, but at least she finally listened to the voice of reason, following her arrest for giving Willow a fake alibi in Drew’s (Cameron Mathison) shooting. Marco (Adrian Anchondo) tried convincing Nina to let Willow loose and plead guilty.
However, she wasn’t having it until Nathan made her see the light. Nina finally had the one person who wouldn’t lie to her and always has her back, making her listen.
We know Nina has not done so great things in the past, but seriously, who on GH hasn’t? It was awesome to see Nathan get through to Nina, and the look of shock on Drew and Willow’s faces when she chose to save herself.

One fan doesn’t even care if he’s fake Nathan after him helping Nina see the light. “I don’t care if Nathan ain’t Nathan. If he can talk Nina out of being a dumb a** he’s all right with me,” said the fan.
Willow may not forgive Nina, but at least she has Nathan in her corner. Here’s hoping Nathan doesn’t turn out to screw Nina over somehow.
