Fans of The Bold and the Beautiful are rejoicing, but many General Hospital fans are disappointed. Jack Wagner has returned to B&B as Nick, but where is Frisco?
Memories Light The Corners Of Our Mind
Frisco (Jack Wagner) and Felicia (Kristina Wagner) were a GH supercouple in the 80s. It was a great time for soap adventures, and the couple had their fair share of traveling the world and solving crimes. They were fun and cool, and every viewer rooted for them and their magical romance.
Unfortunately, Wagner left the show, and Frisco became a deadbeat dad (Felicia was also a deadbeat mom for a while) and went to work for the WSB. Mac (John J York) came to the rescue and helped raise their daughters, Maxie (Kirsten Storms) and Georgie (ex-Lindze Letherman). He and Felicia have now been happily married for years. The last Frisco sighting was in 2013 when he returned to propose to his first love, but Felicia chose Mac.
Frisco’s name popped up more recently when it was mentioned that he had been fired as Director of the WSB and replaced by Brennan (Chris McKenna).
Missed Opportunity
Wagner is now back on a soap, but GH fans think it is the wrong one. Now would be the perfect time for Frisco to return to Port Charles (let’s be honest, anytime is a good time for that return). The WSB is back front and center. We aren’t sure if Brennan is good or bad, but Frisco would surely help solve that puzzle. He could also be a great help to new WSB recruit, Josslyn (Eden McCoy), and get Emma (Braedyn Bruner) out of the trouble she is about to get into. He would also be an ally to her grandmother, Anna (Finola Hughes).
On a personal level, the Frisco and Felicia ship has sailed. She belongs with Mac, but it may be time for a new romance. Maybe Jordan (Tanisha Harper, or even Ava (Maura West)?
