Portia is extremely jealous of Curtis’s ex, Jordan (Tanisha Harper), with whom he may still have feelings. She also lied to her husband about being blackmailed by Drew (Cameron Mathison), plus the stress of the constant threat put a strain on their marriage.
This is not to say they didn’t give the marriage one last-ditch effort. They had one final lovely date night, during which they spent the night together. Things went back to normal soon after, when Portia once again became enraged over Jordan. Her colleague and confidant, Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson), was waiting in the wings, and the two of them then had sex.

How many times can one person not know who the father of their child is? Portia is going on number two. A few short years ago, she discovered that her mom had an affair with Curtis and later found out that he was her biological father. This almost cost Portia both her new husband and her daughter.
All these years later, and the GH Chief of Staff seems to be right back in the same position. Perhaps she has learned from her mistake and will tell both men the truth, rather than lying to fit her own narrative. They will be able to get a DNA test from the beginning to discover who the real father is.
But Portia doesn’t seem to learn from her past misjudgements. She will most likely tell the man she wants that he is the father, which will only cause her big problems in the long run.
