Nathan The Photographer
Laura (Genie Francis) shockingly found a dead Dalton (Daniel Goddard) in the trunk of her car. She was pulled over at the time with a flat tire, and there was no one around. The Port Charles Mayor did what anyone would do in her situation. She called her friend, the mob boss, for help.
Before Sonny (Maurice Benard) arrived, Nathan (Ryan Paevey) just happened to be driving by and stopped to offer help, which Laura refused.
Now, Sidwell (Carlo Rota) is blackmailing the mayor and the mobster with photos of them with the dead body. Fans are suggesting that it was too much of a coincidence that Nathan was in the area at that exact time, and he must have been the one to take the photos. His return from the dead is extremely mysterious, and a common theory is that he is working for Sidwell. Could Maxie’s (Kirsten Storms) devoted husband have gone so dark that he is framing Laura for murder? Or is he not really our beloved Nathan at all?
He Didn’t Do It
Other fans do not believe that Detective West snapped the photos. They argue that the images were taken from above, and Nathan was on the road, so he could not have been the photographer.
It may have been a coincidence that he showed up when he did, but there aren’t many coincidences in Port Charles. If he didn’t take the pics, he may have shown up to give Laura a way out of her predicament. She could have reported Dalton’s dead body to the detective and not gotten in deep with Sonny. Now it is too late.
Fans are still wondering where Nathan was for so many years, and how this all relates to Sidwell.
