‘C’ could be one of many Port Charles villains.

Someone found Britt at Bobbie’s on General Hospital. She received a package with her meds along with a note signed by “C”. Who could “C” be?

C Is For Cesar

Cesar Faison (ex-Anders Hove) was one of the worst villains Port Charles has ever seen. After decades of torture, kidnapping, and murder, Jason (Steve Burton) shot him dead after he “killed” his own son, Nathan (Ryan Paevey).

Not so fast…both Nathan and Cesar’s daughter, Britt (Kelly Thiebaud), have recently returned from the dead. Why not their dear old dad? It is noted that characters have been mentioning that Cesar’s brain is in a jar, which usually has meaning in the soap world. Maybe it’s not his brain after all, but is it overkill for three members of the same family to be undead at the same time?

C Is For Cyrus

Cyrus (ex-Jeff Kober) was a more recent villain who killed both Sam (ex-Kelly Monaco) and Dex (ex-Evan Hofer), among many other crimes. He was also shot to death, this time by Josslyn (Eden McCoy). This WSB supposedly got rid of his body, but we wouldn’t put it past Brennan (Chris McKenna, who revealed something big) to have staged the whole thing to get Joss into the WSB.

Could Cyrus have made his way to the Five Poppies, where Britt was being held? May he have something to do with whatever is going on with Professor Dalton (Daniel Goddard)?

C Is For Cassadine

When trouble arises in Port Charles, it is usually a Cassadine. But which one? Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) may have his hands in this mess to some degree, but it is doubtful that he is the mastermind.

Most other Cassadines are dead, but obviously that means nothing in Port Charles. Could it be Helena (Constance Towers), the Queen of the family? We could only hope to have her back! Spencer (Nicholas Chavez) was lost at sea, but fans have been hoping for his return. He did have a nice relationship with Britt, so maybe he was trying to find a cure for her Huntington’s Disease. Or maybe Nikolas (Marcus Coloma) escaped from prison?

Then there is Victor (Charles Shaughnessy), who was obsessed with Liesl (Kathleen Gati), so keeping her daughter alive might be something he would do. There are many more deceased Cassadines who could be resurrected at any time. Who do you think “C” is? Let us know in the comments section.
